Bruce Thomas
Managing Partner, Development
Bruce Thomas is a seasoned construction and development professional with more than 25 years of experience managing complex commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across Southern California. As Managing Partner, Development at TMD, Bruce oversees project delivery from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring every phase meets budget, schedule, and design intent.His expertise includes construction logistics and field supervision, budgeting and contractor coordination, quality assurance and risk management, city inspections and permitting, and on-site leadership for vertical and infrastructure phases. Prior to joining TMD, Bruce managed large-scale hospitality and retail developments, including multi-phase commercial centers and adaptive reuse projects in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.

Maurice McGee serves as General Superintendent for Thomas McGee Development Inc., bringing decades of hands-on construction experience and field leadership to every project. He oversees day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.Maurice is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing field personnel, maintaining project schedules, conducting quality control inspections, and resolving construction challenges before they impact cost or schedule. His collaborative leadership style and practical problem-solving approach help keep projects moving while maintaining strong communication with clients, design professionals, and project stakeholders.

Keenan Tekin is a dynamic and award-winning hospitality executive with a track record of turning hotel management challenges into success stories. With extensive experience in launching and transforming hotel operations, Keenan excels in strategic planning, brand development, and operational excellence.Over nearly three decades in limited service, full service, and boutique hotels, he has built and led teams that drive property performance and investor returns.
