Structural framing is now 80% complete on the main residence. Exterior shear wall inspections are scheduled for the coming week, ensuring all seismic requirements are met.
PHASE: ELECTRICAL | NOV 2023
Rough-in electrical work is currently in progress across the commercial wing. Our team is coordinating with the city for utility hookups and solar panel mounting brackets.
PHASE: FINISHING | DEC 2023
Drywall installation has commenced in the hospitality suites. The design team is conducting on-site color matches for the custom lime-wash plaster finishes.
